1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Consulting Services Scope

Nimbus Forge provides infrastructure architecture, Kubernetes deployment, and AWS cost optimization services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and guarantees (such as SLAs) will be defined in individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs) signed with clients.

3. Liability

While we implement best-in-class disaster recovery and follow strict security protocols, Nimbus Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party cloud provider outages (e.g., AWS, GCP network failures).

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Austin, Texas.
